The staff are excellent friendly and competent. They dealt with a few minor issues very quickly. Breakfast is buffet style and very generous lots of choice. Location off main road with grocery / food shop, money exchange, and restaurants only steps away. Doorman/ security person will get a taxi very quickly..

Hotel Almas in Marrakech is a true gem for those seeking comfort and convenience at an excellent value. What I loved most was its strategic location, just a few minutes' walk from the famous Jemaa el-Fna Square, yet far enough to ensure a peaceful stay. The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere, with décor that beautifully combines traditional Moroccan style with modern touches. The rooftop terrace is a highlight, featuring a pleasant pool and stunning views of the city and the Atlas Mountains in the background. The staff provided impeccable service, always helpful and attentive. Definitely a place I would stay again!

Friendly staff, especially at the reception - nightshift staff, they were very helpful and professional. The location is good, close to all amenities. Lot of shops and restaurants are close by. It takes 5 minutes walk to the shopping centre. 10 min driving to the old city of Marrakech. The breakfast was good with variety of food included local cuisine. The chef and the breakfast staff were friendly and available. The room was clean and had comfortable bed.
